3. Free Resources
We offer free resources including the Discovery Call Blueprint PDF in exchange for your name and email address. By requesting a free resource, you consent to receiving follow-up emails from us. You may unsubscribe at any time.
4. No Guarantee of Results
While we work diligently to deliver results, Amanah Client Systems does not guarantee specific outcomes such as a defined number of discovery calls, revenue targets, or client acquisition rates. Results vary based on factors including your coaching offer, niche, audience, and market conditions.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. All fees are due as specified. Amanah Client Systems reserves the right to pause or terminate services in the event of non-payment.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and downloadable resources is the property of Amanah Client Systems and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the service engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, client data, and internal processes.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.
